Stronger Minds, Brighter Futures: A Mental Health Workshop for Young Women

The “Stronger Minds, Brighter Futures” workshop by Triguna and YWCA New Delhi supported young women’s mental well-being through interactive sessions and group activities. Participants addressed academic stress, body image, and social media influence, building resilience, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. The program enhanced mental health literacy, encouraged self-care, and fostered leadership skills and personal goal-setting for lasting well-being.

The “Digital Health Decoded” online workshop by Triguna and NSUT Dwarka taught students how technology can support mental and physical health. Interactive activities encouraged mindful tech use, reflection on screen time, and privacy, fostering resilience, balanced habits, and informed well-being choices.

Free Eye-Checkup Camp- A Vision of Compassion

Team Triguna and CLIO Eye Care organized a free eye camp at Earth Saviours Foundation Shelter Home, providing exams, counseling, medical support, and spectacles to residents with psychiatric, intellectual, and age-related challenges. Besides providing 60+ spectacles to patients, the initiative improved quality of life, promoted inclusive healthcare, and highlighted the transformative impact of compassion and collective action for marginalized and vulnerable communities.

Team Triguna and Jamia Millia Islamia’s Faculty of Dentistry organized a free dental camp at Basti Takiya Kale Khan, offering screenings, consultations, and preventive care guidance.
