Youth Hub E-Placement Program

The Youth Hub E-Placement Program empowered young women in Rajasthan and Odisha through digital skilling and UNICEF’s “How to get a job” portal. By bridging rural digital gaps, it provided market-relevant skills, improved employability, and opened pathways to formal jobs. The initiative enhanced livelihoods, economic independence, and inclusive growth in underserved communities.

Building Digital Identity: LinkedIn for Youth

Team Triguna, in collaboration with LinkedIn and Aspire for Her, conducted an online training program for youth. The initiative focused on LinkedIn profile building, digital networking, and job search strategies. With tutorials and hands-on guidance, participants gained practical career skills, boosting employability, confidence, and long-term growth opportunities.

Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP)

As part of a CSR initiative, Triguna and the B-ABLE Foundation launched the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) to equip young people with entrepreneurial skills through NSDC-accredited online courses. Covering mindset, strategies, and practical steps to start and sustain businesses, the program empowers students to become self-reliant, innovative job creators, fostering independence and a culture of innovation.
