Zero Period: Advancing Menstrual Health and Awareness Among Adolescents
The “Zero Period” programme, supported by PeeSafe, aimed to promote menstrual health awareness and hygienic practices among school students through engaging and informative sessions along with the distribution of essential hygiene products. Implemented across schools in Delhi, Faridabad, and Gurugram, the initiative focused on addressing myths, reducing stigma, and building a safe space for open and informed conversations around menstruation.

Gender Inclusion & Menstrual Awareness
By actively involving both girls and boys, the programme encouraged gender inclusion, empathy, and mutual understanding, helping normalize discussions around menstrual health. It also emphasized the importance of proper hygiene practices, equipping students with the knowledge and resources needed to manage menstruation with confidence and dignity.
